1. Services Offered
   GovasanDairy provides fresh dairy products including milk and curd. These products are collected, processed, packaged, and delivered to your doorstep based on your order and location availability.
2. Order Placement
   Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, or number. Once an order is placed, confirmation will be sent to the registered mobile number. Any changes or cancellations must be informed within 1 hour of placing the order.
3. Delivery Policy
   We currently deliver to selected areas across Chennai, Tiruvannamalai, and Vellore. Delivery timings will be communicated during order confirmation. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen situations.
4. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments can be made via cash on delivery, UPI, or any other approved method. Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
5. Product Quality
   We are committed to delivering high-quality dairy products. In case of any issues with quality, customers must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery for review and resolution.
6. Returns and Refunds
   Since our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted. However, if a product is damaged or spoiled, we will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Customer Responsibilities
   It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate address details and be available to receive the order during the agreed time. Failure to receive the product may result in cancellation without refund.
8. Use of Website and Content
   All content, logos, images, and information on the website belong to GovasanDairy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
   GovasanDairy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website and will apply immediately upon posting.
